Thumbnails aren't generated for Raw files even after you've opened and previewed them full size this is something I'd like to see changed in a future version. Curiously, though, the filmstrip will only show thumbnails for JPEG images. In the standalone app you'll see a filmstrip of all your open images beneath a preview of the current image. Once an image is loaded, Photo AI will scan it for subjects, human faces and image quality shortcomings, then automatically generate the corrections it thinks your photo needs. If launched standalone, you can load images either by dragging and dropping images onto the app, or browsing your drives, from which you can load them individually or in groups. ![]() It can function either as a standalone app or as a plugin for other applications like Adobe Photoshop.
